Returns & Exchanges
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly and won’t be damaged on the way.
- The item will be inspected by us when it is returned and a full refund will only be issued if the item is in the same condition as it was received (all tags must be attached, packaging must be intact and the product must be unused).
- Returns can only be done in the form of store credit.
- No refunds will be issued for any damaged or used items.
- All purchases of sale items are final. Exchanges of size will only be applicable if the requested size is available.
- In the event of a successful exchange of your order, when the new item is dispatched, a shipping fee will be added to the bill.
